yea so i have a 97 neon about a month ago it suddenly wouldnt start, 3 days later it worked fine, i didnt do anything haha.

a frew days ago it did it again. so now im poking around. seems like no fuel is getting into the rail up top?? i dont know. it has close to 130 k miles on it, do the fuel pumps typically go out around this time for this gen neon??

also...how much would this be to fix

 

Check your fuel pump fuse and relay first of all.

 

i would lean more towards the relay on something like that.
90% of the time when a fuel pump goes, theyre gone, but they do sometimes work at random, just not very often
