i was jw.. the metal sections of the dashboard that basically hold the entire section in place.... can those be used as a ground source??? thanks

I believe you can. Underneath the dash I've used the metal "cage" for grounding out little do dads when I had them lol

you talking about the 2 inch piece of tubular steel? yes thats a great ground, i pre drill a hole and use a 1/4 inch zip screw for sheet metal they work great

you can basically use any metal in the car for a ground......
