I have a 95 neon. Whenever I go to start my car I have to give it throttle to start it. When I run the car and its hot it harder to start and still I have to give it throttle. The only code comming up is 22 which is Coolant Temperature Sensor. I replaced the sensor 4 times and still it didnt fix the problem. Please help me? I also changed the map sensor, air temp sensor, throttle position sensor, and computer.

 

i forgot to add that i took it to the garage and they put it on the computer. the engine is reading 70 degress at all times no matter if its cold or hot or running for an hour
