tach problems???

how do i install a tach in my 95' if i don't have the wiring coming out of the pcm?

i haven't looked under the dash but coming from the pcm there isn't a wire coming out. can't remember which pin or color wire it is but looked it up in the repair manual and i don't have out going out of the pcm?
