Hello all! I have a Dodge neon 1995 automatic with air. Having problems. Need struts front and rear and advice on diy. Also, the radio will stop during wet weather. My gas fill tube rusted an broke free can this be replaced by diy?I needfront and rearbrakes andwhat tools will I need for a diy? My air conditioner is leaking, where are most common air conditioning leaks located? That's all for now. Please advise if can. Thank you.
