according to the map in the relay box in the engine bay, my Neon doesn't have a slot nor relay for the rad. fan. just a fuse. my '95 has a relay and a fuse. my CEL is flashing code 35. but yet the fuse is fine. any ideas?

 

97+ cars didnt have a relay, there was some kind of little stupid box that always burns up, and i honestly forget where its at...

 

the relay is located on the frame rail under the batery tray

yes...it is accessible from under the car
