Default shifter bushings...

i put in the booger bushing last winter...and everything worked great till about a month ago. ill be goin like 40 in 4th gear and i drop it to 3rd and then 2nd to take a corner but it doesnt like to go into 2nd it always slipps into 4th...i looked at all the linkages and there is no slop or anything it them...could this be a sign of a trans going bad??? also sometimes when i go to stick it in reverse it will grind really bad...but sometimes its fine...

Sounds like its not pulling it over like its supposed too.I threw away the booger bushings I got for under the shifter. They kept falling out on me.I've said it like 20 times now on diff forums, but the stock bushings have a lip on both sides to prevent them from coming out...the booger ones dont.I think that is the whole reason they dont stay in place like they should.I would shift it while its apart to see whats actually happening.
