ok this is problem number4,395 ive had with my neon in the last 2 months.... okay the car is staying at the temp it should be, fan is kicking on, but yet its steaming under the hood and smells like coolant.... let me guess, blown headgasket???? im sure its gotta be major or else it wouldnt be my neon... sorry to be a ***** but its late and im so sick of this car so somebody please tell me what im gonna need to replace now, thanks every1

what do u mean leak? do u think im leakin coolant and burning it? it looks like right under the valve cover

Check your radiator cap...it may be leaking/spewing onto your valve cover.

or the thermostat, sometimes the gaskets can leak and this sounds like your problem....
