Default guage trim

i was looking to take out the black(in my case and probably most) trim that goes right around my dash instruments but i didnt know if it pops out or i have to take the whole dash apart

well either way, your going to at least take the top dash piece off.

i thought you were talking about the red arrow it has like 2 screws i believe attaching it to the top pop off part

that's very easy to take the top part off, just pull it up. no kidding, it just pops up. then to take the black ring off of the top piece, there are a couple of screws. the only reason i can see taking the black ring off is if it's broken, or if you got an aftermarket gauge ring for holding more gauges.
