put your hand over your mouth and blow real hard......does all the air stay in your hand, or does some escape out the side????
therefor, since some air can escape out the junction of the exhaust pipe and the chrome pipe, you will still get some air flowing through the fart can
a resonator will get rid of alot of the buzzing sound.....but so will a cat. convertor

It is a little restricted, but will do ok. If you do replace with a better just make sure it is legal
