not really, it's controlled by the PCM

you could get an aftermarket pcm (megasquirt or other) to gain full control of everything, but prepare to spend some time on a dyno tuning it
why?

cuz the other day my buddy was following me, and he was like all i can smell is gas fumes from your car

had you just filled up? if so, could be just some overspill or something

otherwise, sounds like it's running rich, check egr, plugs, O2 sensors,

any codes?
