Default Alignment woes

I put new strut kitson my 1998 Neon then took it for an alignment today. Everything worked out except the right rear. The tech said it looks as if a previous owner slid it into a curb and bent the long thru bolt that secures the control arms to the frame. He said the frame looks to be tweaked a litle too. As it is tire waer shouldn't be a problem but it's not perfect, the toe and thrust angle are off. I have a new bolt and washer coming from the local Dodge dealer Monday. Hopefully that will get the right rear tire a little closer to specs if not in spec. Anybody else have this problem and if so what other fixes are there? The way the alignment tech talked this is a common problem when you slide a rear wheel into an unmovable object.

Did you get the "crash" bolts from the dealer?
