Default is this bad?

cleaning a bit and decide to see the fuse box. well i checked and noticed this!

well some history. i bought the car all beat up apperntly a mini van ONLY backed into it. well i thought dented hood why is the rear left light out. o well. fine. bought it. then had gotten readiator replaced, then oneday i noiced hey my dam frame is bent. so my left light is all weird (idk anyobdy with thingy to pull frame in CT) well then i open the box and notice two of them things out. if i put the right fuses back in will y bags blow up? also, i have a airbag light (dodge said 100 bucks, F that lol) so its my night light at night...
thats it so should i go ahead and place new fuses?

i hate airbags, i would feel safer with the fuses out.
if you put them back in, and your airbag light goes off, that would mean nothing is wrong with them.
if you dont like the idea of airbags, pull the dash cluster and take out the bulb.

when ever i blow a fuse and dont have a replacment one handy i just snag 1 from the airbag spot......the airbags wont blow if the fuses are gone.....just to be safe, when you replace the fuse, stand aside
of course if the car is alredy in rough shape, you could replace the fuses and then go around hitting the dash, center console, steering wheel and give the front bumper a few good kicks....just to make sure

i know on 95's the sensors are on each side of the radiator, under the headlights.......im not sure about 96-99's since ive never checked....
the controll module is under the center conslole

i had a 95 neon years ago that i decided to ut up with a sawz-all.....figured i would try and blow out the airbags for fun.....didnt realize that the sensors were up front, i thought the sensor was under the center console...so i smashed that first.....then wondered why i couldnt blow out the air bags once i found the sensors[X(]
