i bought a 96 neon ex yesterday and on my way home i went to hit the brakes and the pedal went to the floor scared the crap outta me... so i pumped them n every time i wanted to use the brakes i had to pump them or else the pedal would hit the floor. i had it on the lift and checked and the shoes springs pads n discs are all good i was thinking a seal in the master is gone??? or something like that.. would apreciate some advice thanks...

 

check and see if the brakes have been bled

 

if it did it all of the sudden its either a broken line or the master took a crap.
not being bled wont cause it to be all of the sudden like that.
