Hello, I bought a 98 neon sedan and the previous owner took the radio and the wiring harness. All I have is a bunch of different colored wires in the center consol. Could someone please tell me which wires are what so I can hook up a new stereo.

Yes, they cut the harness. I did finally figure out mostof the wires. I can't seem to get the left front speaker working. I might have a bad LF speaker and I won't have time til later in the week.
