there is no reason for a few ground wires to add 16hp.....atleast on a cheap neon
if you wanna get better groun for the spark then just run 1 thicker ground wire to the coil apck

 

i like apex i might get one just to have one[&:]and the only real short shiftersarehurst and some one i can't remeber the name...a egr block off might give you 1hp if your lucky

most neons don't really cost that much.

im saying that on a regular old neon, a grounding kit wont make very much of a difference at all....but if the car was all moded and was equipped with a high voltage ignition system then it might do a little....but i still dont see any reason for there to be a 16hp increase

 

you wanna get over 16whp with one mod?

i dont see getting over 16whp with only 1 mod......let alone a few thicker wires
