the brake drums like to lock onto the rear hub after awhile

just spray some penetrating oil around the studs and wack the **** outta the drum, if you still cant get it off, try adjusting the brakes looser. that should do it. anyway, getting the drum off is the easiest part, if you can't do that, then you prolly can't figure out how to get the brakes installed. dont take both sides apart at the same time. that way you can use the other side for a refference, for when you get confused, cuz you will.

^^^Thats why I love my rear disc brakes. And they look prettier too

Replaced both drums and shoes ...1st wheel took about 1 1/2 hours...mostly because I put the automatic adjuster on the wrong way. 2nd wheel about 30-40 minutes. Actually, it was pretty easy. Thank goodness for needle nose vise grips, however. Drums came off with a minimum of banging on them.
