Yes they are 16's no they are not rt wheels. There is one thing. When my 2.0 engine and tranny was in the little small center cap would pop out on the front because of the axle. I got tired of this so I did the srt 4 engine and trans swap cause of this.Duh huh.

 

Just to clarify, not all 5 lug rims fit on a neon. The neons bolt pattern is 5x100.

 

ive thought about putting the wifes pt cruiser rims on my r/t when i get her some new ones.....i do know though that the cruiser looks pretty cool with the srt4 wheels on it

any WRX, 2nd gen neon, SRT4 rims will fit
