my 1999 dodge neon wont start right away at times. when you try to start it it turns ok, but acts like it is notgetting gas. wait a min. or so and it starts. it runs good after it starts. any ideas or suggestions? ty kindly

 

Bad connection or corrosion on battery terminals. Battery slowly dying on you.

 

it doesnt drag like a bad battery, but i will try to have it checked, ty kindly. bill

 

Check the fuel pressure at the rail. Should be 49psi.
