well basically, i dont have money to go and buy a new engine and cover labor to put it on. soo
i need to either sell the car , take it for 1000 dollars. then imma lookinto a SRT4. or someone has a engine lieing around thats good to go. make me an offer.
or does someone want tao make about 200 dollars to replace the head gasket. becasue i cant do it. if i new how to but im not to car smart to take out half the engine. al thought i do know how much it would cost if i could replace the hg my self.
incase u didnt under stand before paragraph

buy my car for 1000 OBO(needs headgasket and jst a bit of rod knock.)
sell me an engine to put in the car.
or do the HG for 200 dollars
Im in CT need help. really dont wana get rid of the car.

Also. the mechanic said id get chrage 500 for HG (alraedy figure that), or about 1500 to get the new engine and install it. or about 900 to install a engine if i get the engine. so please HELP. thats about it.

how do you know the HG is gone.

im in CT west haven. ill drive to u if ur near here. but if im rite, maybe im not.(it says new mexico)
o and i saw the dam thing leaking. if u can do it, im actaully thinking of buyinmg a new motor. you wana swap it. and yes ill pay. but not no where near 900 lol(i ogtta pay for it my slef,and school is startin so not much $$. well not for 900)

 

yeah conneticut is like 2000 miles away. you sould research the issue and replace it your self. its not too hard just need a torque wrench and a hanyes manul.
