I'm guessing its a valve or rocker tapping heres a video of a walk around of the car and the engine noise. It would be a great help if you can tell me what it was.

might take the valve cover off and inspect the rockers. i had two, forget what they are called, the little plastic caps with metal centers that are on top of the springs, that had broken off. found one in my oil pan of all places.[:'(]
