oh andim sorry i was baist with out all the facts on aem i do over suport apex im guiltly for that too i have to many good experiences with them.....just like a ricer suports apc sorry guysi trust aem in thier cam gears because i used them in a import build i did with a friend so i should not just judge them on a intake

 

i dont think ive ever heard anything bad about AEM.....besides their original intake problem.....
while AEM just changed the intake design, the same problem is what caused iceman to go completely out of business....too many lawsuits, and aparentaly too many ruined srt4 engines[&:]

 

you would think that the companys would just put 'might get water logged' in the decription

 

quick question. maybe a retarded one. but if the CAI isnt in the front how is it getting coldair? cause im thinking all cars have the filter set to the front. idk help me out lol

but jdm0830 what cai are you talking about? but your right if it's not going to the front and under the bumper orat a hood vent,inner fender,or something that can get cold air it is a wai.

 

for most intakes, the name cold air intake is just the name the people who them gave it.......basically
a cold air intake is just a term used to catch the interest of the consumer...
k&n doesnt call them cold air intakes, they call them fuel injection performance kits.....others usually call them air induction systems
