NO....its just a bunch of parts that the guy threw together.....notice the piece of exhaust pipe that would connect to the turbo...looks like hecut it off a car at the junk yard..
the only actual mopar kits you might be able to find on ebay are srt-4 stage 1, 2, and 3 upgrades
