okay... this entire problem began with me spraying the engine down and the car turning itself off.... then it restarted last night (2 weeks later) ran for about 15 minutes, then shut off and is doin the same exact thing... carnks but wont start.... so obviously my starter is good because it did start, my fuel system is working properly, i mean what could cause it to just stop and not wanna start again after it was just running fine again???the scanner says my o2 sensor is completely dead so could that have something to do with all this?????thanks to all who post

 

I just had the same problem but I wasnt washing the motor.Check the wires coming off of your negative battery terminal to where they go.Dont know if it is any help.
