So my friggen car is leaking anti-freeze its coming from underneath near the oil filter, i dont believe and i hope it isnt the headgasket cause it was replaced only 40k miles ago with an MLS. What could it be and how could i tell?

 

So i just started it and it was making a kind of squealing noise, not like if the belt was wet but idk and i think if i remember correctly my brothers dakota did the same thing when his pump went bad.

 

Another question, how much should it cost to change the pump and timing belt if thats what it is?

 

check autozone.com or advance. i think the pump is only 40-80 buks. the belt is maybe 12 at the most. but you gotta jack the engine and undo the motor mount. so you may wanna have a shop do it if you dont have the proper tools and jacks, etc. labor at shops varies from place to place. ask alot of people you trust where they take their cars and how they like em. good luck. buy a haynes manual!
