im getting a 2.4 dohc for 40$ bucks runs but need major work rigged fuel enjector wires and a whole bunch of parts that need to be replaced the motors still in his neon until he swaps it good deal even thos it needs work??

 

a rebuild would be a good investment, you could to it yourself

 

yeah he's pulling it for me as well ill competely rebuild it and powdercoat everything

 

i'm looking into some powdercoat stuff too for my DOHC build. Its looking like the silver would be a good color, almost looks crome.

I just picked up a dohc motorfor
$123 it had 111,000 miles. I scattered my engine on the track sat night. Big hole in front and back of engine. i pulled off the head and there was no number 2 piston. I of course had a huge lead.

 

damn that sux

 

the motor im getting only has 73k miles
