Default Fuel Delivery Problems

I have a 99 neon r/t. Just last week i was driving down main st and i got no response from my gas pedal. car stalled and then wouldnt start or anything. i had just filled up with almost a full tank but my gas guage was reading empty. i came back to my car and it started about 4 hours later, tried getting home but it stalled and wouldnt start on my street. Took it to the shop where i get all my performance parts, and got a new high flow fuel pump put in. It drove fine for a week and i go to leave for school today and it wouldn't start. gas gauge again reads empty but there is gas in it. Anyone have any ideas?

its in the fuse box under the hood . you can take the plastic cover off the relay and see if the contacts are closeing.

buta bad starterrelay wouldent cause the car to stall.
