Default Tranny Question! 95 trans vs 98 trans

Ok I'm getting ready pull my transmission out today and I need to know ifthe wireing harness connections are the same on 95 transmission as my 98's connections are?

I have a running95 Engine and trans thatis my backup Engine and transand most of the stuff on the 95 is different connections and I'm not sure what was and wasnt changed from 95-96-99. Worst comes to worst I will probably have to swap the electronics which is ok but I'm kind of curiousbefore I go pick the transmission up.

Also I have a question on the removal of the transmission, since I will be removing this from a parts engine, can I remove tranny with out taking the 4 bolts out of the Torque Converter to save time on taking stuff apart on my parts engine?I don't plan on cutting these corners on the car but I do on the parts engine/trans assembley. : )

you can take it out without removing the TC bolts....but here are a few things....
if you take the tranny off and leave the TC on the motor, your gonna loose alot of fluid....you will want to use the TC that is with that tranny....when you take the tranny out of the car, you will want to unbolt the TC, therwise you will never get the tranny out around it....

the only connector that should be different on the 95-98 tranny is the speed sensor....but thats just 1 bolt
