The front rotors on my '95 Neon won't budge, the car has seen a lot of salt as it has been in Minnesota and Wisconsin all it's life. I didn't see any retainingclipslike I've seen on other cars, the rotor should justslide off the flange and past the wheel studs...hammer didn't work, should I use a three jaw puller or what?

 

bigger hammer? or rope and attach it to your Ram lol. it should just slide off over the studs. there are no retaining clips or anything.

 

Sounds like some serious rust. Use a puller as beating it with a hammer dosen't do anything good for the wheel bearings. When you put the new rotor on smear the hub with a thin coat of anti-size. I've had rotors stick fast here in Pennsylvania where we have yearly inspections.

 

pb blaster and sledge hammer tap harder and harder around the rotor until it breaks loose. prepare to replace rotor! good luck,

 

same here, thats what i do, keep hitting it till it breaks, also try to hit it from the back.
