well there is a 95 plymouth neon with 93k for $1000 a it has a new hg and timing belt he said that it was acting up a little but he didnt really say it may be a vacum or something but he said that it was running fine now so oh yeah its atx good air good heat so should i buy dumb question huh

 

i would try and figure out what he means by "acting up" .....but not a bad price depending and body and intierior
