I have thought about the 2.4 swap alot, mainly because they guys I know can have it in, in about 4-6 hours.

im agaist the srt-4 swap toobut i am liking the sound of the 2.4 swap...if it's one hell of an engine in my stratus just picture it in a neon[8D]....i will probably stick to the 2.0 in the neon....the stratus deserves to be faster. it's getting old so it needs to rape these pos hondas, chevys, and other non mopar makes[:@]....trust me it hurts more to lose by a stratus then a neon you should see their faces lol.....oh and spud das is right get it running then complain that you don't have anymore engine work to do

The Stratus looks more Mean like it could be a fast mid-size car..
My sisters ex-boy friend let me drive his 2 door 2001 Stratus yesterdayand that car has *****, its got a V6 and hits 80mph no problem. That Auto Stick is kinda weird though but is somewhat fun still.
i have killed plenty of them.

i know i would have alot to do, but if i dont have the engine then i cant do anything to it.....but the car does run and drive...i took it on a 3 hour drive the other day up the interstate and it didnt have a singel problem

I had some rod knock in my 2.4 ans new rod bearing cured that right up. can u beleive 2.4 rod bearing are way cheaper than 2.0 rod bearings? i paid 12 bucks so a set and a freind of mine spent like 31 bucks on his set for his 2.0.
