Default Clutch Cable Issue???

After doing an MTX swap about two years ago, my trans has been getting hard to get into gears while I'm sitting in traffic, or using the clutch a lot. I figured the good ol clutch cable was to blame and seemed to give me a rough feel when I would depress the pedal. Now it only felt like this as I said before while I was in traffic situations.

I installed a new cable yesterday, and the clutch pedal is softer (which is nice) however the clutch pedal after driving long starts to have that rough engagement. It feels like the cable is binding up on something but why would it only do it after driving for 45+ min?

Also the clutch did not disengage while driving once and had to force the car into gear.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.....Thanks

I replaced those with booger ones when I did the swap. Looked at it again found out the noise was coming from the clutch fork.
