I think it sounds like BS too, one time I have gotten 131hp to the wheels with the gtech then the rest of the runs were 120-123 and this was all in the 4500Rpm+ range, I think I'm pretty close to 145-150hp at the crank, I just do not wax cars the way I do with only 132hp and a full trunk. Going up hills my car seems to have alot of torque as I can be at a 40 degree angle and only use 1/4 throttle in 1st gear.

Unless you are boosted, there is NO WAY you have 200 HP and 200 ft/lbs or torque. For one, the HP/TQ ratio would not be 1:1.
