ok guys 3rd 4th and 5th when u gun it go no where....there is about 2-3 inches of play in my clutch pedal until it actually has pressure which leaves bout an inch for the cable to catch wat u think cable or clutch......im pretty sure its the cable but i just wanna make sure

 

I got a really easy fix for this. When I bought my car the kid said the clutch was going out. It wasent. The cable had stretched over time. So I pulled out on the cable at the bell housing and put a zip tie at the end to hold it out about a half inch I used one of the thicker zip ties. heres a pic of it...

i knew it wasent the clutch bcuz the clutch only has 8000 miles on it
