ok now keep in mind im only 17 and this is my first car. but does anybody live near ft. hood texas, if so wat r the laws on emmisions? Also has anyone ever seen a street legal neon with a cowl induction hood? ( becuase i custom built one today

 

would like to see that. and it should not but I would ask a station where ever you get it inspected

 

i made it today but it is not installed yet and to tell u the truth im not airwolf but im not going to post a pic YET because i really dont know how exactly to do it so if u could help me plz
