no you do not need engine management...not untill you get really really deep into the build and your dealing with very large turbos... you can do it at anytime but compleatly unessicary.... those turbos look ok but then again you get what you paid for... a turbo setup is alot more then just a turbo though it takes alot to turbo a neon CORRECTLY and safely and a bit of knowledge...I plan on doing as well and i could probally do it right now but instead i choose to sit and read for at least an hour a day about turboing a neon here and on other sites just so i can learn and potentally blow my car up. There are stickys also at the top of our page about how you can turbo your car the srt-4 turbo set up thread has the big list on what you will need.

T3/T4 Turbos are too big for the 2.0, they will work but a smaller turbo is recomended like a Garrett T03 or Mitsubishi TE04 or other but these turbos are a near perfect fit for quick spooling. the T3/T4 is for more like a V6 or V8cuz it takes longer to spool with a small displacment engine such as the 2.0.

I don't always believe in the term "you get what you pay for" I bought a Chrysler 331hemi out of the Junkyard in running condition and its still the same Hemi heads and block that make 2500hp in dragsters across the land. Same here a Garrett T3/T4 is still a Garrett Turbo, one that is rebuilt none the less, its more than ready.

the only thing you need for engine management is a map clamp
