white smoke
I just had a friend take my 1998 dodge neon to get an oil change, and I guess for some reason they also did a power steering flush (not sure why since I wasn't there.. I just see it on my bill)
He just broke it back to my office to drop it off and when he parked and turned the car off we noticed smoke coming from the hood.
Is this normal, possibly from oil being spilled while pouring it in.. or should I take it back up to the place who just changed the oil/power steering fluid?

sounds like some fluid from the PS got spilled. that is if its coming from the engine bay. It might just go away as u drive it, that is if its just a spill if it keeps doing it though then i would take it back.
i would try running the car at idle for maybe like 10-15 min. and seeing if it starts to smoke and then figure out where its coming from. the Steering rack is right under the exhaust manifold so. and it could just be the oil touching the head and making it smoke.
