Default should a mtx be rolling in neutral

i have a mtx and in neutral or in gear i'll be stopped on a level surface and mycar appears to be idling forward when i'm not on the brake. i know if the pressure plate goes it won't completly release the clutch but it only rolls forward in gear, not neutral. so is this normal or from what a friend said is my release bearing going out or what??? its a reletavily knew clutch and pressure plate so it can't be that. but i don't know any help???

My throw out bearing has been making noise for about a year (specially on cold starts), mine also pulls in gear with the clucth in, and it helps to let out on the clucth and roll then put the clutch back in then into gear for me when first is hard. I dont plan on changing it for a while.

didnt the throwout bearing come new with the clutch kit? i would be willing to think that maybe you need to adjust the clutch cable.
