Default Horn

Still finding out some faults on my recent Neon purchase. Beside some electrical divices like the radio and interior lights working when they want, the horn doesn't work and the washer fluid isn't pumping. I've not checked on the washer fluid yet, but I have looked in the manual for a fuse for the horn. None is listed that I see. Can anyone tell me which fuse it may be?

Ok, will look more. I was under the assumption that it would be in the fuse panel by the driver side door.

Pull the air bag, and check the wiring back there. Also check the wiring to the horn behind the front bumper.
