i would say check the wiring from the coil to the 60 pin pcm plug it has to be in there some where. at the worst you would have to swap the whole engine harness...

ok went and got my codes scanned and the code that came up were
P0300-PCM has determined that multiple random misfires have occurred
P0302-PCM has determined that a misfire has occurred in cylinder #2
P0202-pcm has determined that a malfunction exist in the electrical circuit for cylinder #2 fuel injector
P0201-"same as above but in cylinder #1
now the first two could have happened when i changed my plugs and wires.the wires i bought did not stay on the spark plug,it popped up and caused some misfires.
But in the codes i pulled my self included a 42 which said something about my ASD relay, but it did not come up when they scanned it.
now i know that i can pull off the #2 injector connector and it has no change in the way the engine runs.and when i pull off the #1 injector connector it has a little change in the war it runs.
and if i pull off #3,4 it wants to die,so i know that 3 and 4 are doing there job just dont know how to get the #1 and 2 injector connectors to work again.
any help would be great.

Whats not making sence here is that a neon is a batch fire vehicle meaning cylinder 1 and 4fire together and2 and3 fire at the same time so its odd that your gettinga problem at one post off both banks... are you absolutely sure you dident get the wires mixed up when you installed your new ones that would make more sence seeing that normally one bank will go out at a time...

am pretty sure that the wires are in there right place, its kinda hard to get them mixed up.but i will double check.and i dont have a noid light to check for the pluse.is there another way i can check them?i am old school chevy and this is my first compact type car.
and i dont know jack about elec.
and lets say that the injectors do not have a pluse going to them. What do i do to correct that?
i just got this car about 5 days ago,so i dont know much about it and the problems it might have had before me.
