Default RE: intercooler

Your talking about 15-20Hp more with an intercooler,

If you don't want to put it on don't worry its not going to hurt anything. 2.2 Turbos rarely used intercoolers and the 2.5 engines most of the time didn't run them, it depends on the model. I'm running mine without an intercooler because I dread trying to pipe **** around my engine bay and behind myfront bumper. Its something I'll enventually put on but right now I'm not going to do it.

Taking the EGR off reduces combustion temperature as well, This might be the actual reason for the block off kit: Turbo's.

Its harder for me because i am not using that turbo. I have to run both pipes over the top down the right. You can go underneath the car. So you think i will be fine with no intercooler for a week or 2? I dont want to blow it up already.

Yes 2-3 ounces per tankofLaquer Thinner or denatured alcohol does the trick wonderfully Plus its cheaper than Premium and does way more. But nobody believes me its safe even though they watch me open a new can and dump it in every gas stop for the past year. I was using before the turbo for the gas mileage.

well you get what you pay for....honestly, i dont trust anything on ebay that says JDM universal...dont be cheap...spend more money and buy 1 that is a proven product....aeromotive or begi....

i ran NGK iridium II plugs in the red r/t and burnt one of the tips off the #4 plug and melted it into the JE piston

DONT cheap out on your fuel system.

Also heres the number you ask for at "advanced" for the plugs.

Two steps colder Irridium NGK is bkr8eix.

^ This is what I run in my neon, sees about 14psi. Theyr a lil pricey tho. use chap copper stock plugs to tune it first since you will foul the plugs probably and then switch to the colder ngk's
