Default hmmm overheating...

well got my car back together (YAY) only to realize that its over heating (cries). now then, i have been getting code 35 (Fan relay) ever since i got the car...but no problems or anything. and the strange thing is, my radiator was cold (cept where the top hose connects to it) and the cap was cold as well but yet everything was over heating. what could it be? oh and i'm not getting any heat either so i was thinking my heater core, but idk?

If the top hose is not getting hot, check your t-stat.
