ok so im swapping out my atx for a mtx on my 96 soch i think i have what i need so far... shifter and linkage pedal assembly , clutch cable, tranny, mounts, flywheel and clutch, pcm off for a sohc 5spd, bobble strut assembly, am i missing any thing... i have a few question though... for the bobble strut i have to weld upa bracket on the subframe right? the pcm does it have to be the same exact year or could i use some thing newer? do i need the complete wiring harness of a 5spd ? where do i find the dust boot for the clutch cable where it goes in to the tranny all ur help is greatly appreciated thanks

You need a 96 SOHC MTX PCM and you don't need the wiring harness.
