That seems quite weird to me. I can't think of anything that would make that sound when its cold but not when its warm out. And no, I don't get this noise. I'm lowered about 2 inches, no sound that you described.

here is more info.
lets say that its about to rain no noise but when its raining
the noise is there.
and as soon as the roads dry the noise is gone this is the same as if it snows.
I think that is my car making fun.
lets see if i can get him to get face first on the ground and get him all wet
ha ha this is my car making fun of me[:'(]
but for real every time it dose this.
and i dont know why,
nothings dragging the ground

could it be your tires throwing the water or snow up at something on your car? probably not but i thought it was worth sharing

only thing I could think would be the tire thing, it goes away when the window is open because of wind noise maybe?

i have a 98 4dr and it does the same thing only sometimes when i go through a lot of rain or slush it seems to come from the cat. convertor hitting the heat shield maybe due to cold water hitting it causing it to contract or something????????

Any water/slush is gonna make a noise hitting a hot surface.
