well a kid that i know stopped into work with a 95 neon, still runs and drives, but i am not sure for how long.... it have a pritty bad knock in the bottom end.... anyway, the car looks pritty solid, flat black now.... but what i was wondering is if the car is worth the 150 dollars he wants for it, the glass looks good.... i am thinking about getting it what do u think??

2 door, but were i live, the dohc r hard to come by in the junk yards, for some reason, i was thinking about doing the srt swap in it, but that can get pritty pricey.... with a wiring harness, and engine, ext ext.......... i have my neon torn down right now to..... it would be a great project car when i could get to it... or maybe i should just buy it and drive it?????

 

is the bottom end of a sohc the same?? i have like three of those in my garage... but are for second gen neons?????

 

the pistons are different but the blocks are the same........1st and 2nd gen blocks are the same, as far as I know!!!!

 

alright, DO i have to change the pistons over or can i get away with just changing blocks???????
