Default coolant sensor

ok i bought a new coolant sensor now i got a code being thrown 22. its brand new. any ideas? my rear o2 egr and evap purge are removed and i dont got codes for them i left solinoid on for the egr but i acident threw the evap solinoid away so i put a 100 ohm resister on it and i dont have codes for them. along with my o2 rear one i got 20 ohm 10 watt resister on the heater wires to fool the computer to thinking its there. why am i geting a coolant out of range???

ok i got the coolant working now. but now its throwing 2 codes both are 21why is there 2 of the same? and how much resistance do you need to fool the signal that theres and o2 sensor? it just needs to be a resistance that makes it alow only 1 volt thur because after the cat the o2 should read lean. but now whats the resistance at 1 volt?
