hi all,
my neon wont start. All the lights come on, the fuel pump comes on, but it wont crank. I put a booster battery on it and tried tapping the starter but it still wouldnt go. Any tips on what I should try first?

Edit: I just jumped the starter and it turned but didint engage the motor, I checked the fuses too.
