Clutch
How would I know if my clutch is going out? Any signs to look for?
I'm not hearing any noise or anything, but it seems as if the pedal is getting more and more out of adjustment (is there an adjustment to be made?), meaning it feels like the friction zone is getting closer and closer to the pedal being all the way released.

if your saying the release point of the clutch is getting closer and closer to the floor then your clutch cable is getting old and streached out... if this is your problem, you have 2 options, an expensive one and a very very cheap one... the expensive one is obvioulsly get a new clutch cable... your cheap option is to take a zip tie... a wide one not a wimpy one... pull the cable out of the bellhousing about an inch and a half and put the zip tie around the part of the end of the cable that goes into the bellhousing to hold it out a little bit... look at the pic below and you will get what I'm talking about...

I contacted the prvious owner and I was told that this is the original clutch. At 117k miles, I'm assuming its about time to replace. Would I stand correct?
