ok guys im doing a full build. in 5 weeks ill have a complete built street/strip neon. i have question on the atx. im upgrading everything why i got it apart. i got a overhaul kit from howell and a manual valve body 3200 stall converter. later down the road ill get better litgher axles. my question is is there any other upgrades for the atx? and is there a way to change teh final drive ratio? and what is the best setup for the fastest neon. please explain how and where i can get upgrades or parts to upgrade the atx. please help

 

if you cant find anything to change the final drive ratios, you can always change the tire sizes. smaller tires make it seem like theres a higher ratio (more low end)and larger tires do the opposite. (more high end).

make sure you putin adiff pin saver.

guys i need transfer gears where can i get them some one got any for sale?? and is ti worth doing it? and will it bew bad if i make my car with 500 hp with that big gear in there??

it tells you what mods u can do it doesnt realy say pros cons and have ansers to specific question like where can i get them and does any one on the forum have any for sale, and personal opiouns of people that have the gear if they like it. it just makes me think if i lower my top speed and i get all this horsepower is it possible to hit redline in 3rd gear b4 the quater mile pass is over? you get what im saying??
