Hello, this is my first time on here and I need help. I'm trying to find out why my speedometer stick goes out whenever I go over a bump in the road. I need confirmation that it maybe the speedometer cluster needs to be change or does it need to be tighten.

It's definitely your speedometer. I had the same problem and even took it to the dealership, all they told me was i needed a knew one. I found a guy on ebay who fixes and resells broken speedos. I payed $60 for one with similar mileage as my car, and i even got one with a tach! So, my advice is ebay. It look me a max of ten minutes to swap them out.

 

Here is what my new speedo looks like... i've had it since the beginning of dec.
